What a fantastic program! This makes so much sense to so many people for a whole variety of reasons! I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t want to take advantage of it if they were over 65, unless perhaps they plan to live through many more real estate cycles, and the anticipated appreciation of the property is much more than 4% annually.

Tracie, Thank you for your comments. We have The REX Agreement for property owners that are not 65 year or older. In fact the REX Agreement does not require any life insurance, which on occasion, can be a problem for the EquityKey program.
I agree that many owners of properties that are NOT selling now could take advantage or either The REX Agreement or the Equitykey solutions and free up liquidity…NOW~!
